- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة فى المجال. - خبرة في العمل في إنشاء أو بناء المشاريع. - المعرفة بكيفية تفسير الخطط والرسم والرسوم التخطيطية المتعلقة بمهنته وتنفيذها وفقًا لذلك. - المعرفة بتنفيذ الإجراءات القياسية المتعلقة بمجال الوظيفة. - مهارات جيدة في الكتابة والاتصال .
